Happy Valentine’s to all my Valentine loves out there!!!

Correct me if I’m wrong but you will never have memories of the vacation you didn’t take, right?  Well vacay is here and memories are already being made!  It all began yesterday morning when we landed in the airport in Tampa and I ran into a friend.  Ok, get this.  A pancreatic friend of mine that I’ve talked about before and to so many, I met Ken at an event in Cincinnati and have kept in touch and we are in the Tampa airport and I literally ran into him and his wife!!! CRAZY!!!  This world REALLY keeps getting smaller and smaller!!  I was in pure shock.  I had a great conversation with someone on the plane ride then to run into him after we land?! What are the odds.  Honestly!  If I were one that didn’t believe in fate or ‘everything happens for a reason’…. I would now.  I definitely do but this was beyond crazy!

We rented a car for a day because my friend was working and unable to pick us up and they took up to the car rental place since it wasn’t located at the airport.  It all worked out so perfectly although I still was in shock or am when I think about it.

After we picked up my beautiful pearl white Ford Mustang convertible we headed to the beach!  Made a bee line for St. Pete and didn’t stop. I parked my butt in the sand and layed under the nice sun soaking up all the rays I could!   We ended the night with dinner.

Today we started off with a nice Valentine’s breakfast.  Any place that says “best breakfast in town” I will try and they did not disappoint!!  It was delicious! Tim said the place “warms my heart”.  hahaha… he is a breakfast guy and loves a sit down at a nice cozy hidden gem kinda place.

It was an icky day today though.  Rainy, cold and surely not what I asked for.  Make lemons out of lemonade you say?  Put a rainbow at the end of this rainy Florida day?  Well my love figured he could take me to one of my favorite places….

Yuuuup… thats what I’m talking about!!   Hopefully tomorrow will be more of a sunshiny day.  We will see!  I hope everyone had a wonderful Valentine’s Day filled with bears, chocolate, flowers…. whatever your heart desires.  Ha  Goodnight.
